DataTree Mobile 1.52

The DataTree Mobile application provides access to one of the largest repositories of recorded property data and documents in the United States. Its integration with First American’s established property research platform, DataTree.com®, facilitates streamlined access to comprehensive property information.

The platform offers extensive public record data, encompassing records for 100% of U.S. housing stock and over 7 billion land records across more than 3,000 counties. This vast database is now accessible on iPhone and iPad devices, enabling users to conduct efficient property research remotely.

Key features include:

• Using aerial map imagery to identify properties and retrieve owner names, addresses, and APNs.
• Accessing detailed property ownership records, sales histories, historical transactions, and comparable sale data.
• Employing text-based search parameters such as owner name, address, or APN to locate properties.
• Viewing, sharing via text or email, and printing copies of land images and property reports directly from the device.

It is important to note that access to the DataTree Mobile app requires an active subscription to the web-based DataTree platform. Existing users can log in using their current web credentials.
